From what i read about this program,it was set up to serve people from Philipine but people outside the country started developing interest in it and the admin had to come with plans to accommodate the foreigners. The Supreme Wealth Alliance is a special 2 X 2 Matrix program where you only need to have two people under you. 2 X 2 means only two people will be put under you and each of those two under you can only have two as well. If you are able to get more people under you,it will fall as spillover to your referrals.
